To Lead A Nation

To Lead A Nation
I had made a promise
To one day lead a nation.
But to do so...
I must first raise a King.
In doing this, I shall arm him
With the knowledge of the past,
To protect him...
Against what tomorrow will bring.
Upon his chest ~
He will wear the crest of self-respect.
Strengthen by his wisdom and knowledge,
To rule over his own mind.
He will possess the courage
To stand up and be counted,
When his supporters...
He cannot find.
To this leader of nations,
I will provide a voice,
That will resonates...
To every ear.
So even when his words go unspoken.
By his actions...
Will still speak volumes.
Resounding both loud and clear.
In this leader of nations,
He will be the start.
Of many KINGS...
Yet to come.
To finish the works,
And help guide a nations.
That past Kings had just begun.
To his heart he will hold,
The peaceful resistance.
To his soul, By Any Means...
Make a stand.
For his mind, he will possess,
The need for higher learning.
And to his Brother ~
He will lend a hand.
He shall be looked upon
As a man of reveille.
A call to others.
In what tomorrow will bring.
And to him I shall make this promise.
To one day lead a nation.
But first...
I must raise a king.
